When you have completed your Record of Wishes Form, return it to your funeral director, who will advise you on the next steps:
Your wishes will be stored for life on our secure national register of wishes for €65. We will issue you with a Certificate of Wishes and a copy of your wishes will be sent to your funeral director and to your representative.
